You may take your vehicle to any licensed repair shop to have the maintenance done. However, as your selling dealer we value your business and want to make sure your vehicle remains in tip top condition by having our ASE certified technicians provide these services with the manufactures recommended products and expertise. We would also be able to check for and perform any outstanding recall campaigns that other establishments may miss. As an added convenience our dealership will electronically maintain all of your maintenance records for submission to the insurance company if and when you have a Lifetime Warranty claim.

Just like the maintenance work we would love for you to bring your vehicle to Powers Swain Chevrolet for any claim that may arise; however you are welcome to take your vehicle to any certified shop, anywhere in the country. So if you move, if you're on vacation, or traveling on business, the warranty goes with you!

It may sound counter-intuitive, but the same coverage up to 100,000 miles for a car with under 20,000 miles is usually less expensive than buying 40,000 additional miles of coverage at 60,000 miles. EasyCare "extended warranties" are really vehicle service contracts. Vehicle service contracts are often referred to as "extended warranties", "car repair insurance", or "breakdown insurance" by customers, but they are actually contracts between you and EasyCare under which EasyCare agrees to pay your repair facility for covered repairs. You buy and own your EasyCare vehicle service contract for a single fee which can be financed, and then EasyCare pays for all covered repairs for the life of the contract.

No. EasyCare pays the repair facility directly. Your only out-of-pocket expense is the deductible, if applicable, and any charges not covered under your contract, such as maintenance work or non-covered repairs.

Yes, you do not have to have a copy of your paperwork or ID card to get coverage. Simply visit Powers-Swain Chevrolet and ask us to call the EasyCare claims line and reference your VIN number (this is a permanent number located in your vehicle) to obtain authorization for any covered repair.

Absolutely. Each EasyCare plan has a 30-day full money-back guarantee (provided there are no claims). After 30 days, upon your written request, EasyCare will refund the pro-rata unused portion of your warranty.
